| This boat race between the Universities of Oxford and Cambridge takes place every year around Easter since 1856, and sporadically before that since 1829. The starting point is in Putney, where most of the spectators hang out, and where I took these photos. They are shown here in roughly chronological order. - By the way, Oxford won. |

| And another thing: Most of the above pages need to be scrolled sideways. You probably know that this can be done by using the left ← and right → arrow keys. By holding down 'alt' (or similar key) these ← → keys will move the page along quickly, which can be more comfortable.
